Well, this isn't a comon problem meds often conflict. Talk to your MD and ask him. If your meds aren't working you can get another anti-anxiety med. Ther are many out there. Everyone's body chemisty is different and it is just kind of a trial and error thing. Not an exact science.

I used to have panic attacks and they are debilitating..

You need to find out what is causing the panic attacks...that is so important.

The pills are just a bandage solution. But vitamins will be good for you..Iron+ might be a little strong, why don't you start out with a regular Iron vitamin.

Talk to your Dr and see if you can get some counselling..
take good care...

I would ALWAYS talk with my doctor first before starting any new kind of vitamin or medication, but standard vitamins shouldn't conflict with your current medication. You may want to consider raising your dose, or adding another anti-anxiety med; you may even want to change to something else. Or you may want to try therapies in lieu of or in tandem with medication, such as DBT (dialect behavior therapy). You may also want to look at other things in your lifestyle that may be aggravating your panic disorder- added stress, MSG sensitivity, sleep problems, etc. , because they can do a real number on dealing with panic.

Reactive hypoglycemia can be a cause of this problem.
See Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution for a discussion of this condtion and the health problems it causes, and how it can be fixed.
Good luck!

PLEASE talk to your doctor ASAP on this - don't seek advice from non-professionals who might not even care what happens to you! At the very LEAST, check with the pharmacy where you get your prescription filled - they should be providing you with a patient information sheet on your drug, which should include info on drug interactions.
