i have been getting sick from my tosels for over a month, i thought it was something else so i payed no attention till i went to the doctor and he told me it was my tonsels, should i get them removed or not? i need some advice , i would really want some honest opinions please!!!!

It is normal to have them removed....but keep in mind it is QUITE painful. You will need to prepare for at least 2 weeks to feel human again. When an adult has their tonsils and adenoids removed, the healing process is a lot longer than in children.

A tonsillectomy is quite an easy and common procedure. I am 33 and still have mine, but if I had to get them removed, I wouldn't be too concerned. Just a little worried if it will hurt :)

NO! Tonsils are suspected to play a part in you immune system. If your Dr. is giving you the "removal" idea find a different Dr.
