There is such a thing as drinking too much water for your own benefit. your body needs around 2 litres of water a day, drinking more than that may flush out nutrients from your body before it has time to absorb them

Believe it or not one can overdose on water, but said person would have to drink gallons upon gallons of it to have an effect. There was a news story I saw at one time about a teenage girl that had taken a drug and in order to "flush" it out of her system, she drank many gallons of water and wound up flushing the majority of the sodium from her body. She subsequently died. Again, you'd have to drink many gallons of water in order to do this though.

The more water you drink, the better because it helps clean out your body. You would have healthier skin, body.

Too much water can lead to electrolyte imbalance causing a stroke. If your urine is the smae color as the water, you may be drinking too much too fast, spread it out.

water is always good, no such thing as a water overdose.
