I'm fourteen and my birthday's coming up, so my parents bought me a bag of cinnamon twists from Taco Bell a few days ago. At first, I didn't even touch them because I didn't want to eat anything unhealthy. But I didn't want them to go to waste, either, because my parents bought them for me with such love and care. So, I ate two this morning and two when I came home from school. Now I feel all guilty....

I don't know why you feel guilty. I seriously doubt your parents care too much about that. those are so cheap anyways. I think mom and dad have bigger things To worry about. If you feel guilty about that, you are going to be in big trouble when you get older

Thing you must remember is that you are what you think.
If you eat anything with the idea that it is not good for you it will be exactly as you have instructed your mind, it will not be good for you. Next never feel guilty about anything. This is no good for you even worst then eating these Taco Bell cinnamon twists.
Guilt is used in the attempt to feel bad about something you feel good about. Be yourself, enjoy life and look after your immune system,do not abuse it,it will help you in the moments that you will eat something that you may feel is not healthy.
Have a good day.

Eating one bag of cinnamon twists does nothing to make you unhealthy. It is our habits that makes us unhealthy. Switching to eating cinnamon twits as your new food group that would be a problem. Healthy eating doesn't mean you can't enjoy a few things once in a while.

You should not feel guilty about eating four cinnamon twists. Now, if you "borrowed" two of your Dad's beers to drink, then by all means feel guilty.
