Your hair on your head is no different than the hair on the rest of your body. When you forcefully pull out a strand of hair, you are performing the same action as waxing or plucking. And, unfortunately, after investing your pain and money into a waxing, it's only a matter of days before the hair returns.

of course it will. even if you pull out the root of the hair another root will grow and sprout hair. but the only thing wrong is that if you do it to alot of hairs in different places then with the hairs grow back the rest will be long and straight whilst the new hair will stick out all spiky.

Mostly like it will but thats not always the case. Being a licensed cosmetologist, we learned all about the hair, and what it is made up of. And there are some instances where you can actually damage the hair follicle and it will not grow.

Yes. The cells to regenerate hair are still in your scalp.

Now if you suffer from a baldness disease, then the hair may not grow back, but under normal circumstances, the hair would grow back.

If you keep doing that to a particular hair some day it will stop growing

Yes, it will. It's not any different than hair falling out on its own, which it does on a regular basis.

Unless you've reached the point where you're going bald for a non-forceful-pulling reason. :P In which case, you're probably screwed.

usually, unless you take out a whole clump and the surrounding skin with them. the hair usually breaks off just above the root.
