No they don't. Faux wood blinds come in 2", 2 1/2" and 3". We are actually one of the only one's who offer the 3" large plantation style faux wood blinds on the Internet.
If you need the small 1" size you can choose from aluminum (mini) blinds, vinyl blinds (curved thin plastic) or the real wood blinds. Here is a link to the 1" real wood blinds:

Go to your local hardware store (Lowes, Home Depot, etc) and look around at the Window Coverings Areas -- they have blinds of all types and sizes.
