Does he forgive the ones who don't and let their loved ones suffer in a dark world of silence and pain?

God is a forgiving God and he can forgive you if you are truly remorseful for what you have done. If, in your heart, you feel you did the right thing by killing another person and do not really feel you have done anything wrong, then why ask for forgiveness? Therefore, how can you be forgiven of your sin. God commands us "Thou shalt not kill." period. There is no clauses in there saying "it is ok if the person is terminally ill," or "it's ok if you kill in self defense." It is simply stated and I think it is a sin to kill for any reason. The main question would be if you truly are sorry for the sin you have committed. As far as heaven, if you believe that Jesus is the son of God and that he died on a cross for your sins and you CONFESS your sins and ask for FORGIVENESS ~ you will enter the kingdom of heaven.

Your underlying assumption is that God disapproves of taking terminally ill people off of life support equipment. However, you are not God and you do not know what God's view is on the topic.
Assuming you're a Christian, please tell me where the Bible SPECIFICALLY addresses life support equipment?
If someone is terminally ill, keeping them on life support equipment is simply prolonging their death. Terminally ill means that doctors are certain the person is dying.
Assuming God is in charge of things like that (i.e. who will become terminally ill and who will not), why would God be angry? The very fact that they are terminally ill is a very very strong indicator that God has chosen those people to die/
People are responsible for following the wishes of their loved ones. I suggest that if your views are very strong on this issue, you should immediately prepare a living will so that your wishes are clearly stated to your loved ones.

Yes, I believe God would forgive them and receive them into heaven. Suffering when you're terminally ill and Dying without dignity is not something I believe God wants us to endure. I believe in a loving God who has created us in his/her own fashion and part of that is being compassionate. Of course, this is just my opinion, I may be wrong, and I am sure others will diasgree.
Peace

If they do so as an act of compassion, yes.
Besides, there is an ethical difference between preventing medicine from interfering with the natural process of death, and euthanasia proper.
Euthanasia is when you do something to actually bring death faster. Pulling the plug, as you say, is when you cease to apply treatment. All doctors cease treatment at a certain point. Today's technology will allow a heart to be pumped artificially, and lungs to continue breathing, when a person's chances of being brought to life are long gone.

If someone is terminally ill, God wants them with him. I am thinking that us holdijng this person is against God's will and quite possibly extremely cruel to the person who can't die, but probably feels like death is already upon them 24 hours a day.

Why wouldn't he forgive them? After all, he tried to take the terminally ill person a while ago; those heathen doctors and their "life support" were interfering with God's plan, right?

Yes. Pulling the Plug- means they were kept alive with machines. If it wasn't done out of malice, evil or greed, how can that be wrong ?
No scripture says anything to the contrary.
If they then died, I would say that their time to go was long overdue.
Don't feel bad. Maybe this will make you study/ be closer to Him ?

as i answer this question, i assume you know what a born again Christian is. for the first half of your question I believe the families will go to heaven as long as you ask forgiveness from God for what you have done. as for the second half of your question, i am really not sure. i know people who commit suicide don't go to heaven and i don't know if this would be considered a type of suicide. good question

Yes, because keeping a person on a machine in an artificial state of life is against God's plan.
