Please show me a way to run my NGO, along with some supporting funding agencies?

We have done NGO Since 1996, named Chariot Society @ Orissa, but due to lack of fund we are unable to run it, but I had started this to help poor/sufferer people till today we cant fullfill our deream, Please help me to find out some way for it.

NGO IS GOOD; I TOO WANT TO START A NGO BUT I SHALL ASK PEOPLE TO JOIN THE MOVEMENT & ONTRIBUTE 3% OF SALARY & 3 HOURS WEEKLY.
