the errors are saying .rundll.exe and sr client not found.the disc that i have is one that came with the computer and is a boot disc.during the installation of windows it asked for a disc with SP2 on it but SP2 is meant to be on the same disc .i couldn't find the files it was asking for so i clicked don't continue without them. is there a way to install these files without having to install windows from scratch,can i download SP2 from the internet and would it fix the problem.

If you formatted your PC, this means you completely erased your hard drive. Your ONLY choice at this point is to reinstall windows from your original install CD.
Buy the way, the format erased ALL your files (docs, photos, music, etc)
