The holy spirit is the one going everywhere, performing miracles, or killing people for not tithing (Acts 5:1-11), so what's the use of god?

You gotta be kidding! They are all the same. Jehovah God of the Old Testamet is the Jesus of the New Testament. Jesus of the New Testament is the Holy Spirit of the present day and hour.

Read the Word. It is worse than you think. The couple you refer to died because they lied to the Holy Ghost and not because they did not tithe. Read it real close. They didn't die for not tithing but for holding back a portion while pretending to give the whole thing. Peter told them it was theirs even after they sold it with intent to give.

In other words they didn't have to give the whole thing even after they sold it. God sitll considered the proceedes all theirs. They, however, gave only a part and presented it as the whole. Some years ago that would have been called "keeping up with the Joneses." (Sorry I don't know the rule for Jones plural possessive).

In other words they sold something for $100.00, gave $50.00 and told G-d and everbody (to look good) that they were presenting the full $100.00. And guess what? They didn't have to give a dime!!

The use of God is that He honors His Word; if you sincerely seek the revelation to read what it really says from the aspects of both time and eternity.

Think about the story. Here are some young men putting a couple of older chuirch members in the ground for a lie. That lie was only intended to make them look like they were working or supporting the gospel as well as everybody else!!

In the Bible God has many titles. The term Holy Spirit is just another term used to address God. If this is not true then God the father is not the father of Jesus the Holy Spirit is. (See Matthew chapter 1)

I am a man, my name is Kevin, I am an artist.
There you go son. Three things that identify me and if you took one away you take a part of me away with it.
There is God the Holy Father,God the Son,God the Holy Spirit. So there you go. Three aspects of God and taking away one of them is taking away from His being.
If I could be a man with a name and a trade then surely you have to admit that there are three valid states of God.

God is the only one who knows what day and hour that Jesus will return to earth.

That is, God the Father is the only one who knows when this world will end.

In Christianity, you get three gods for the price of one. What a bargain. Put extra money in that collection plate. At no extra cost, they will throw in the "Virgin" Mary.

Maybe he's like the manager.

Or maybe you have to ask yourself if everything you read in the bible is correct and not fabrication.
