There isn't good way to answer this online. You should definately have your doctor exam you right away. It could be a cyst or swollen lymph node that doesn't relate to any form of cancer, but you need to be sure.

Do not take any chances with breast lumps - probably just a cyst but see a Doctor ASAP and put your mind at rest. Only a dr can answer this question for you - dont panic though - but it is better to be 'safe than sorry' as they say

ok the only person that can answer that question is a dr.! its probably just a fibroid which are very common in women. its not a tumor, and you dont necessarily need a mammogram. go to your gynecologist and let him/her examine you. you may be sent to a breast specialist. usually doctors recommend to have them removed, as its a very simple surgical procedure. even if its not cancerous, you never know if it can change in the future b/c as women we have a lot of hormonal changes in our bodies. however, if you choose to not have it removed, you must monitor it and you should get sonograms annually to make sure it doesnt grow or change in size or shape.

Not necessarily. Although you should have it checked out soon. Have mammogram done, and afterwards they may decide to do a biopsy to see if it is cancer.

Some other things it maybe is a lymphnode inflammation of some kind.

Its a tumor, when you go and have it checked out the doctors will determine that its cancer or its not, most likely it could be cancer but be safe and have it checked out.

Please get it checked. Don't mess with that. You need to know for sure. If it's cancer, there is treatment. If it's not, you can put your mind at ease. But do it soon. Best wishes.
