On the contrary, it is our IQ that could not understand how intelligent His design is. For that, He looks stupid to us.

Just because we don't understand or agree with the purposes of design doesn't mean it doesn't exist. For the sake of argument assume God exists, then mere men criticizing a far higher intelligence based on limited information doesn't prove anything. Because he doesn't perform to our expectations shouldn't be leveled as a proof of non existance. Every person would have a different opinion as to what constituted intelligence, so we would never agree what was intelligent. For example take the auto industry, there are many different models with multiple different features. Some of these may have better or worse features and may or may not work up to our expectations. This isn't to say some degree of intelligence wan't employed b the engineers when designing it. But it will probably never enjoy total approval as different people have different opinions.
