It should work. Put the pretzels in the fridge or freezer right after you dip em' in chocolate so the chocolate will set right away.

Yes you can~I have done this. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, dip the pretzels or nuts in the chocolate. Then refrigerate untill cool. It would probably work better if you added some cooking parafin to the chocolate but I don't because I never have it. But once you take the pretzels out of the fridge, the chocolate melts fast. It wouldn't melt as fast if you use the parafin. Enjoy!!

Melt your chocolate in a double broiler (or a bowl sitting on top of a pot of boiling water), constantly mixing it. Dip your goodies and put them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Then put them in the freezer for a few minutes for a quick dry. They'll be yummy and not messy.

It should work, but I would definitely be careful about the melting. Use a double boiler or microwave and gently melt the chocolate pieces.

YES IT'S PARAFFIN, YOU CAN PURCHASE IT AT ANY GROCERY STORE, IT'S USUALLY WITH ITEMS USED FOR CANNING. YOU CAN EITHER MELT IT WITH THE CHOCOLATE IN THE MICROWAVE/DOUBLE BROILER. I PREFER TO TAKE MY PARAFFIN AND SHRED IT USING A CHEESE GRATER IT MAKES MELTING A LOT EASIER.
