no it is not possible in the case of the man it would be lust and in the case of the girl it would be gold digging.
or if they do both like each other than it is lust or infatuation.
True love does not actually exist untill many years of marriage later.

THOUGHT I JUST ANSWERED THIS QUESTION ONLY WORDED DIFFERENT JUST AWHILE AGO. SURE YOU CAN FALL IN LOVE WITH ANYONE. MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND DID AND WE'RE VERY HAPPY. HE'S 17 YEARS OLDER THAN I AM. WE KNEW EACH OTHER 4 YEARS BEFORE WE MARRIED. TIME HAS JUST SEEMED TO FLY BY SINCE WE'VE BEEN TOGETHER. AND YES WE ACT AND FEEL LIKE TEENAGERS.
