You should go to a physician for infections regarding sight. Home remedies may work, but if they don't you may go blind. My personal opinion is that is not worth the risk.
Not all doctors are bad, in fact many of them are caring individuals that want to help. Naturopathic remedies have their place, but most of the time they are not the best treatment.
Have you eye looked at, take the antibiotics, and don't go blind.

I wouldn't trust any home remedies offered over the internet especailly for your eyes. You cold do serious damage if they are wrong. Ya gotta wonder at who would give you a thumbs down for telling a person to protect their eyes.
