yes it is even if its a parent sibbling significant other what have ya its family related thats what makes it a domestic call and noone shoiuld stay with someone that hits em so tell em to get out of the relationship before its more then hitting

yes. Anyone putting their hands on their partner regardless of if their there gay or straight has a problem. Regardless its still abuse.
