Why all these Republicans? Are you folks hanging on to right-wind ideology with a death grip? I think a democrat will win for sure, maybe by a landslide. McCain is too much a Bush-clone, although he sounds a bit more intelligent. I think many discount how much America is sick of Bush. The really unwise error is in nominating a Bush-clone for the Republican cause. Right-wing Republicanism has shown its lopsided lack of respect for the Middle Class in favoring the rich so blatantly and continually in th Bush administration. The only thing Bush has succeeded at is rushing into a tragically wasteful war. The rest of his presidency has been a wash!

God has not forsaken anybody. God allowed the Democrats to get into office and that is the way He wants it. Really has nothing to do with what the voters want. It is what God wants.

No God didn't forsake the republicans, because that would mean he intervene on our free will to get democrats in office. Hey that explain how they got into office.

God answeres all prayer and some times he says no.
Maybe good people need to see how far we have fallen as a kick in the butt.

If a god does exist, I'm pretty sure he/she/it/them would have forsaken the Republicans after that awful anti-habius corpus torture bill.
