1.aramaic
2.hebrew

He definitely spoke Aramaic. I guess He spoke Latin when He met Pilate, but the Bible doesn't specify.
As far as how many languages could He speak...I'm pretty sure He understands everyone's language.

He spoke Aramaic, and probably at least some Latin (since he could converse with the Romans in the stories).
