Bidah is innovatin. Bringing things into the religion that are not following the Quran or Sunnah. LIke the masjid by my house, they said in a khutbah that it is okay to use intrest. Ummmm... no its not, that is bidah. Who is some doctor whom is not a scholar to say that this is okay. A brother freaked out on the dude and told him straigh up "No it is not okay". Just like after making dua and praying all the people who wipe thier hands over thier faces, this is bidah as well. Every supposed hadith this comes from is weak and unauthentic.
Shirk is like placing others before Allah (God). Worshiping a statue or human. Or even not wearing the proper Islamic attire to fit in with the society around you. Shirk is the only unforgivable sin. Like say I wanted to wear hijab, and my husband said not to so I will look like the other gals in town, and I listened, that is a form of shirk. Good thing my hubby loves that I wear it and if he ever told me to remove it I would not listen, I only follow what God has ordered.
I hope this helped

Shirk negates the foundation of Islam "Laa Ilaaha Illallah" itself. There are a lot of ahadith about it.
Bidah, or innovation is also a serious sin.
"This day have I perfected your religion for you and completed My favour unto you, and have chosen for you as your religion Islam." [The Holy Quran, Surah 5:3]
"Therefore, hold fast to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly guided Caliphs, hold it between your front teeth! And beware of innovations (in the religion), for every innovation is a bid'ah, and every bid'ah is a deviation, and every deviation is in the Fire."

Yes shirk that is an action which believe in other power than Allah such as believe that Allah has a son or believe also to idols or statues.Someone who believe like that will get a very great sin that can not be forgiven by Allah the only one God although we ask for it several times..
Allah also hates munafikin i.e someone who in appearance be- lieves in one God only, but his/her heart or act hates muslim and his/her good doings or unfaith,his/her sin can not be forgiven by Allah. You can read and understand on verse 79 and 80 in Surah 9 At Taubah.
Bidah is making a worship that is not done or practiced by Muhammad peace be upon him (pbuh) during his life..If we do this kind of act we will get sin but it will be forgiven by Allah if we ask really for this sin to Allah and avoid for continuing to do that.such as reciting holy qur'an on the grave yard or cemetery
