Clear Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon minced chilli
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped dill
3 vegetable stock cubes
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup finely sliced carrot
1 cup finely sliced celery
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup lentils
1/4 cup barley
Saute the chilli, garlic, dill, stock cubes and onion
in a little water.
Add water, carrot, celery, broccoli and simmer until
vegetables are almost soft.
Clear Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
1/2 pound Fresh spinach
1 Scallion
1 Clove garlic
4 cups Water
1/2 pound Ground beef
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Salt
Dash pepper
Directions:
Wash the spinach thoroughly and trim off the thick stems. Chop the scallion. Mince the garlic. Bring the water to a boil. Add the meat and bring to a second boil. Skim off the froth. Add the spinach, scallion, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Lower the flame and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Clear Oriental Soup
4 cups beef stock or vegetable stock
1 tablespoon soya sauce, to taste
1/4 cup spring onions, washed and finely chopped
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup canned sliced bamboo shoots
1/2 cup tofu, cubes
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, washed
Bring stock to a boil in a large pot.
Add spring onions, soya sauce and bamboo shoots and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add bean sprouts, tofu and corriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot!

your diet will fail.
anyways... this soup works wonders with your mineral count!
cucumber stew:
sliced cucumber.. (entire cucumber)
2 tomatoes diced
1 lemon
1 bag of spinach
diced garlic (to taste preference)
1 sliced onion...
stew these items all together.. til the broth is thick...
this cures almost anything.. including bad diets.

that's my opinion.
don't stay on the 'shake' diet too long you'll lose calcium, iron and potassium like crazy.

I hope this helps....
Buy a cooker chicken or chicken parts.....with skin and bones....put in a pot of water with an onion, celery and carrots, some black pepper corns and salt and pepper and bring to a boil and then reduce.....cook on low for 2 to 3 hours and then strain thru cheesecloth and you have very flavorful chicken broth......good luck with whatever is happening that you have to be on this diet.
