Im 19. I even remember being in 7th grade and having dark circles! I eat healthy, and try to get in 40 oz. of water a day. So how can I get rid of them?!

Stop eating all dairy products for 3-4 weeks and see if they go away. If not, try the same thing with wheat and wheat flour products. Allergies to those are two common foods that are major culprits with respect to dark circles under the eyes. Otherwise, you may just be allergic to something you can't really avoid completely that's in the environment.

Get more sleep. If you're like most people your age, you're up half the night on the Internet or talking on the phone. Believe it or not, the experts agree that you need 8 hours of solid, uninterrupted sleep. Count from 10:00 PM onward and you'll find that if you get up at 6:00 AM, you'll be refreshed and ready to go and function far better than the 3 or 4 hours you probably get. And...the dark circles will vanish in time.

Make sure you're getting enough sleep. I heard that cucumber slices help reduce the dark circles. Certain vitamins may also help. Make sure youre not allergic to anything that could be causing this, sometimes that is the case.

Sleep more! Get plenty of exercise in order to improve your circulation. When I was 19, I had them too. I am now 27 and they are gone.

dark circles are hereditary...look at your mother, your siblings, your aunts. do they all have dark circles? i was unfortunately given the dark circles from my mothers side of the family, and you just have to deal with it. there are some cosmetic creams that reduce the darkness...ask a dermatologist (not OTC creams). and also, there are coverup sticks out there that can cover naturally. you need to choose a shade that is 1 tone lighter than the color of your neck, and choose one with yellow tones.
