My friend sweats like crazy, she wears anti pespirant deoderant, but no matter how much or what she uses, she always sweats through her clothing. She hasn't always been like this, but I've been trying to help her. Any tips please?

"Certain Dri" deodorant is supposed to work miracles for that problem. It is prescription strength, but you can buy it in the deodorant aisle of any drug store.

Well, I do 20 runway hit shows a week for into 10 years now.
Sweating is a small blessing. The facts are that when you are
attracted to the familiar people around you that environment
ideally might be paradise. It is natural to start running your own
physics in that mode including interactions. There is some
concern if you do not sweat, this is true, water intake higher,
and lower sweets is a good combination, jogging is strength.
GO figure!

The best is to see a doctor who can diagnose her sweat glands. For long-term results, I've heard of using laser to control sweat glands.
In the meantime, try using another anti-perspirant (try if it can lessen the sweat better) and always bring an extra shirt.
It's good of you to help your friend!

Baby powder or a perfumed powder usually works and you always smell lovely while wearing one of these. I don't sweat that much but I run track and on these really hot days, powder works great for me! I hope it works for your friend!

well to start off if your in a warm area make sure she wears either tank tops or cap leeves. just anything that doesnt cover her arm pits. Also when she starts to feel a sweat coming on go on a bathroom break and tell her to cool herself down with cold water. Also make sure she doesnt use very strong anti-perspirant beause it can cause cancer. also tell her to have napkins and think of a clever way to dab herself down when she needs it. but make sure she avoids clothes that covers her arm pits! and make sure they stay in a breeze so she doesnt have her arms glued to her side which creates body heat which will cause her to sweat even more.
