Dont know what you mean by Makhfi Shirk. Shirk is Just unpardonable. Shirk is when you worship someone, other than Allah.

Hidden Shirks are those that do not appear as a SHirk. They are apparent shirks that are normally viewed as normal.
For example, you pray only because of ALLAH's commandment.
But if while you were praying, you noticed someone watching your prayer and if it comes to your mind that so and so person is watching you therefore you prolong your prayer to show that you are pious, then its Shirk Makhfi. Because you have not prayed solely for ALLAH, it has included a human being too.
Shirk of any type can be forgiven if you are sincere and you repent to ALLAH as simple as that. After every Salah, pray to ALLAH to forgive if you have committed shirk knowingly or unknowingly. And keep checking your daily activities whether you are committing any shirk or not.

The word shirk in Arabic is derived from the work sharaka and it mean association.
The shirk in Islam mean that you associate other with Allah ; one simple example is those who go to visit the graves of what they call saints and start to make dua to them !!!!! so they are associating those died human to Allah.
In my knowledge all the shirk is the same hidden or not but you can ask scholars on line in www.islamonline.net
Regards

i think u mean the
'reyaa" which is to do something or to showw off for some one and not for the sake of god, it has many faces , but it isnot like the major shirk , which is to worship another, it is u assoiated another person with god for donig something.
so this wht he was doing , is not accepted unless he repent and don't do it again.
i wish u understood what i mean.
good luck.
