Sorry to hear about the pain. It happens to most people with the tetanus shot.
It will go away in a few days.
I'm sorry I couldn't get this message to you earlier.
Do NOT get vaccinated.
A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into your body.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

You also might try massaging the muscle, applying heat packs if ice doesn't work, and taking an over the counter pain reliever such as Tylenol or Advil. If it still hurts after two or three days, you might want to make an appointment to get your arm looked at.

Use your arm as much as you can and massage the area and be greatful that tetnus shots only have to be given every 10yrs as they are effective for 10yrs.and you don't have to have another one for another 10yrs or possibly ever if you avoid tetnus needing accidents.

pain is to be expected but will surely & certainly fade away with time, till then a pain relieving ,analgesic, anti inflamatory tablet will help (paracetamol / ibuprofen ) ,locally an ice pack will ease the pain to an extent.both these may need to be repeated if necessary.

Much as it hurts, you need to use that arm as much as possible today. Letting it "rest" will only allow it to get more stiff and sore. Ibuprophen and heat packs should also help.
Those buggers HURT!
