As long as it's not causing havoc, just leave it alone. Pray on it or something and watch for a sign from God whether or not he welcomes this spirit in.
My only other suggestion is a Priest and some Holy Water... but if it's a Christian Church, the Holy Water won't help.

If it is the true church of God you can simple rebuke the spirit.

it may not be the right church for you...hope it isn't a occult...try to find maybe somewheres more comfortable maybe thats the problem...i am not going to say what religion i think is posessed with demons but i truly belive 1 religion might possibly be....they think they are so called christians...& i was raised this religion lol...but i won't go to their church
