That is still within a healthy range. It can be considered "high-normal" so you don't want to go much higher, but you are fine. Anything above 140/90 is when you should really try to bring it down.

It would seem that the accepted norm for blood pressure is 120/80. But, as someone with hypertension; 99/60 was my norm until I was around 38 years old. You need to see a doctor and keep your blood pressure checked. You will start seeing a consistency by doing so. That is how I got help with mine early. Do not take this lightly. Go see a doctor for a diagnosis. This is not the place.

Normal is 120/80

134/80 is not abnormal if you just ate, just sat down after walking up some stairs... Basically make sure that when you take your BP that you are at rest.

My normal bp is 117/72.

134/80 is a pretty good pressure. I would not worry about that at all.

Blood pressure changes from minute to minute depending on things like activity and body position. A single reading does not indicate high blood pressure. Your numbers are slightly high, but if they don't go a lot higher quite often, it's nothing to be concerned about. But since it's slightly high, do check again now and then.

Your diastolic number (the bottom one) is the one you must worry about the most.
If you take you BP on a regular basis in a rested state, and your diastolic remains in the 90's or higher - you definitely have a high blood pressure problem and should be checked out by a doctor.

NO, you have hypertension. Normal blood pressure is 120/80.

It is totally within the range of normal. Don't stress on it. Not everyone has the "perfect" 120/70, nor should they.

Pretty good. When the bottom gets past 85 or so, it is time to cut the salt and caffeine.

Current standards would indicate that you are slightly above the ideal. I would suggest that you cut your intake of sodium in half.
