use it sparingly, it's spicy! use a pinch at a time until you find a comfortable amount to use. it's good in pasta dishes and italian dishes and basicly anything that has a tomato product in it.

I like cooking with Cumin; it adds a nice, smoky flavor.

I use cumin in my rub for bbq pork ribs, and in chili.
