It won't make you nervous around women but it can make partnered sex feel strange and it can actually train the penis to lean toward the favored hand. There really isn't a physical penalty for masturbation. It actually can slowly help to prolong your erections.

No. I believe masturbation can contribute to act more calm around women. A nervous man indicates to me that he may not have had sex in a long time and sometimes can show aggressive mannerisms without being aware. This can make women very uncomfortable. Just an opinion.

I have never heard that. I have heard, though, that if you catch a child masturbating and telling him/her it is wrong it can cause him/her to grow up with intimacy problems, which could cause nervousness around the opposite sex. Maybe your friend heard the same thing and misunderstood.

Once a day? That's pretty rare...
Anyway I really can't see any correlation. I would actually say the opposite is ture, since by masturbating you're relieving sexual tension that would go towards making guys feel nervous around women.

nervousness is controlled by the brain not your balls!!!
using his wankery is an excuse for not getting it on with enough females to satisfy himself let alone mates like you!!!
Either that or he pays for too much sex?

that's an old wives tale so ignore it .if masturbation does it for you , good luck. don't discuss your personal business with anyone who is likely to use it to worry or ridicule you ok?
