yes it is, it is a tricky law....when he turns 18 he is considered an adult....you are still considered a child or underage now if your 17 and parents don't mind then you can get away with it.

If you are of age to consent then you can have sex with anyone you wish who is 18 or over...This means you are also 18 or older...
Do you mean to say that you are both now under 18 and you
are asking if once he turns 18 and you are still younger than 18,
will it be illegal for him to have sex with you ?
The answer is yes...It is illegal now for him to have sex with you,
the penalties are simply more once he turns 18..

It depends on what you consider of age to consent. If hes 18 and your 15 yrs of age or younger yes it is illegal.

Age of consent varies, but if in your state your 16, he turns 18, and the legal age is 17, LEGALLY, he could get in trouble. Very sticky situation, and another reason to date someone your own age.

I think it is if you get caught or like if your parents don't like him and if they catch you all together and he is 18 and you are 16 then they could send him to jail or something like that

I don't think so, but I would check the laws in your state....and if your parents are ok with your relationship and are not going to cause problems, then I don't see any probelm w/ that.....

HOWEVER....practice safer sex and don't get pregnant...
