If your asking this question then you sound, to me, too young to be having sex. So no, it's not ok.
But on the serious side. If it's not some sort of cold that can get worse and become fatal by being around others with the same cold. You should be ok to be around each other in all ways.

The risk may be Worth the reward- so, I'd go for it. The possibility to exacerbate the further spreading of the potential Infectious Disease remains a viable possibility. Doing what you have suggested remains solely at your own risk.

Yeah, it's ok, but ugh, I can't imagine having sex while sick. I'd just want to lay there in my misery and be left alone.

If you both have it then I guess. You can't get sicker with a cold by having sex.
