exactly what the person said before, bactroban is an antibiotic and you need an antifungal. they sell them over the counter at the pharmacy such as lotrimin ultra, however if it is really bad and doesn't clear up or doesn't seem to get better in the time it says it should according to the directions see a dermatologist who would be able to prescribe you something stronger.
