When The Supreme Court Makes A Bad Decision (Canada)?

How can you appeal this ? can you get an injunction to stop their decision?
They have decided in their infinate wisdom to send a child back to a very bad enviroment....a child that already has been in the system because her mother used drugs and still does ...now they are sending the child back to a family member that will have lots of contact with the bad parent ..It's not right .....that poor baby is being taken from her own blood brother and the loving parents that adopted HIM out of the same bad situation.....How can this happen ? it's unjust .....the mum already had 10 or so kids ...all the time using ..most of them are adopted or fostered out ..and have FAS ADHD and a bunch of other medical conditions because their mum used when she was pregnant with them..now the Auntie has won this child in the court case .and this sweet little girl will be put back there...its wrong....no justice in Canada at all ..how can they do this ? How can my friend appeal this ?

I really don't know the laws in Canada but I can sympothize with your friend. My husband and I are fighting for custody of two of his little cousins (age 1 and 2). She has 6 children and the oldest two were taken from her several years ago permanantly and now the youngest 4 have been taken by family and are being fought for. The judge just keeps giving her more and more time every month we have court that last for maybe 5 minutes and she gets visitation that day and then is gone again until the next court date. I am terrified she will get them back in the end. Tell your friend that it is hard but for some reason God has that in his plan and we will just have to pray to him for the child to stay safe.
