There is this girl in my class that asked me to dance with her and I turned down. I told her that I wasn't in the mood. At the time she asked me for a dance, she was in a relationship. It seems that she likes me.I might add that she recently told me that she broke up with her boyfriend. I am perplexed. What should I do? Should I make the move. Mind you I'm afraid of rejection

She basically already showed you she likes you, I mean what does she have to do? Kiss you or start strippig in front of you?

Tell her you were shocked and confused at the time, cuz ur shy, but now that you've clamed down you would love to spend some time with her to get to know her better.

Work it from there.

first of all to be rejected, if you did the asking and she turned you down but the way i see it, it was her that asked you to dance with her and you turned her down. Now put yourself in her shoes. OK so you say that she told you that she broke up with her boyfriend I think that this girl has feelings for you, talk to her and see where it goes and the next time she asks you to dance don't turn her down and say that you aren't in the mood. Get up and dance with her pref ably a nice slow dance where you can hold her close to you

She already showed interest by asking you to the dance before so you have a good chance she will say yes. Toughen up. Everyone gets rejected, if you don't make an effort you'll never get dates. Men are expected to make the first move.

COMMUNICATION - - talk to her and tell her why you turned her down for a dance and then go from there. You have nothing to lose at this point but it's possible you have something to gain!
