My friend has crazy curls like you described. She uses frizzies after her shower and it tames fly aways and it smooths out the hair and moisturizes it. She also uses a specific brand of Sunsilk for anti-poof or anti-frizz they have different types for whatever you need it for. When you do the conditioner and go to rinse do not rinse it all the way out make sure you rinse all the shampoo though.

Hairdressers always give the best advice on these things, so try asking the next time you get a trim (it's important to get trims regularly when growing out your hair, otherwise you'll get split ends) But my other advice is to use frizzease products by John Frieda, they work pretty well and you can find them in grocery stores and target and meijers and walmart and normal places like that around the sheer blonde and brilliant brunette and radiant redhead shampoo.

Get Pantene Pro-V for dry and damaged hair. it really works! Just don't get volumizing shampoo or conditionor. You can also get a straightener to straighten it out. It will take don the poofy ness and your hair will look longer. Blow dry you hair in a style- that will also help!

i like to use frizz ease styling products to control the extreme puff
and to even out your curls.. and keep it silky sleek and lond use the frutice sleek and shine conditioner and to speed up the growing process get the frutice long and strong shampoo all of these are cheap and can be found in your local walmart or you can get it permed at yourlocal salon tell them to straighten not curl and it will be perminant but this can add up ..

i suggest getting a moisturizing shampoo to help prevent dandruff and it should make your hair a lot less dry. I also suggest buying a straightener. I know it takes a while to straighten your hair, but its worth it. Thats just my advise, until your hair gets longer. I hope my tips help you! GOOD LUCK!

Sounds like you have the same hair issues I have....I went to the stylist lastnight and said, "I look like a dead dandeline! HELP!" She said, "The bed head look is really in right now." She cut it all over in wild layers....all I have to do is run my hands through my hair using stuff called glue in a yellow bottle. You can buy it at Kroger for like three dollars. You can have the layers almost any length you want, and you can style it wild or accessorize with headbands and such to dress it up. I love it!

I'm sure you don't.

You need to get your hair under control see a hairdresser and see what she suggests, Seing as you didn't state if you have caucasian hair or any other kind, it's hard to tell you what to do.
Use a moisturising shampoo and conditioner use a leave in conditioner or hair moisturiser- but just see a hairdresser.
