My parents are so unfair. My brother will start being annoying so i'll tell him to shut up. He will get mad and start kicking and punching me. I won't fight back because I am older than him and know that I will get in trouble if I kick his ***. So i'll just be standin there while he is furiously attacking me when my parents come in. They just suppose that since he is so mad I must have done something bad to him. I end up being grounded and he ends up getting away with nothing. What they do re-enforces his behaviour of attacking me and really pissed me off. The worst thing about this is that it has happened many many times Should I just really fight back and teach my brother a lesson so that he knows not to pick fights with bigger people?

you are older, but letting little bro kick your a** is not good. i would teach him a lesson or two. if you don't then he is going to think that he can do that to just about anyone, and he is going to start fighting with the wrong person one day, and that boy will probably hurt your brother..teach the spoiled brat a lesson

Talk to your parents in private about your brother's behaviour. This sort of thing should not be tolerated. Your brother should learn anger management at the very least, or see a doctor because he might have a medical condition that causes him to react so violently. Worst case, if you are over 18 you can move out. Best wishes.

never never fight your brother back, if you can stay away from him, to avoid being caught in that kind of scene especially when you did nothing wrong, do something else, brothers are brothers they are really annoying,
its really mature of you to not fight back that is a good thing to do continue doing that,
just separate yourself from your brother for a while, dont mind him, dont let him get to you, if he sees that you are annoyed by him the more he will do that but if you are not at all affected he will get tired
like what youve said you are the older one ,so you understand the situation , whatever you do dont fight back and just find fun things to do ,

When everything gets calm at home, after dinner, dishes,
whatever it might be, you need to ask Mom if you can
talk to her and then just share with her what was going on
with you and your brother. Let her know how you feel.
You know sometimes parents get overwhelmed with their
day and the last thing they need when they get home is for
the kids to be fighting.
You need to be ashamed of yourself for telling the world that
your parents are stupid. Instead when you lay your head
down on that pillow, you need to thank God for them and
everything they do for you.

Sit down and have a talk with your parents. Explain to them your feelings and what really happens with your brother. If they wont listen, set your bro up -- stash a camera somewhere and record his devious acts. Dont kick his bum or anything, that will just give him even more reason to go nuts. Good luck.

Yeah, I hate to say it but I had to put my little sis in her place a while ago. It broke my heart but everything has been better since. Give him a good what-for and maybe he'll chill out.

When he starts doing that, get out of the room, go somewhere else. He sounds like a dweeb.

i know it can be frustrating and that its time to take action....get a tape recorder and hide it and set him up and then your parents will believe you for once...younger siblings are a pain in the butt but teach him a lesson....Good Luck

Just get away from him when he starts attacking you. If you ignore him or walk away, you won't be giving him any attention and he'll stop.
