I've never been pregnant, which is obvious cuz i'd be the richest man in the world. But i'd say crunches, to the front and both sides. Maybe purchace an ablounge, Its a wonderfully comfortable machine that definatley works the stomache region.

A massive number of crunches, leg raises and scissor kicks DAILY, AND, aerobic activity, preferably stair climbing, running, elliptical machines and the like because it is well documented that spinning and cycling have a decreased ability to target belly fat and lower abdominal muscles. Stretch marks can only be lightened with costly dermatological procedures.

No easy answer here but hard work. Exercise those stomach muscle. The only way. If you don't know the best tummies slimmers. Ask you doctor for advice, go to you local, LEGIT gym, hire a personal trainer. Then you will be on your way to a great body.

Start running (10-15 miles per week), tri-focus crunches (middle and to each side), or, my personal favorite, take up belly dancing! It's a great way to get a few minutes to yourself, enjoy some really great music, build abs and your confidence, and feel sexier.

You may be at your original weight, but you definitely do not have the same muscle mass. Build muscle. This won't help you lose weight, per se. So diet. But exercise while dieting as to not lose muscle mass. Don't diet and build muscle at the same time, tho.

Girl you just gotta keep working at it! With my first child, my body went back to normal, I didn't have to do anything. With my second one, one year later, I never really did anything. I got back to my normal weight, but now a year later I am trying to get my tummy muscles back to where they were. Workout and eat right. I have been doing pilates and I also just started the Billy Blanks Bootcamp workout....which is incredible!

I *REALLY* recommend Bikram Yoga for toning the after-baby belly. It's the best workout you'll ever get.

Simple exercises (treadmill, walks, etc) and a decent diet. Nothing fancy really.
