I feel as if it will occur before the Tribulation, for at the END of the Tribulation, the Bible speaks of Christ returning with "a great CLOUD (or number) of witnesses...." If the angels are in Heaven, and the sinners are still here after the Rapture, then who's left? That's right, the CHURCH! The Church, composed of "the dead in Christ" which shall rise FIRST and the living believers at the moment of the Rapture, will be translated out of here so that they won't have to face the horrors that the Tribulation will render upon this planet. Besides, what would be the purpose of the Rapture, if he didn't have plans for the Church at a later date? Why would he leave them here to suffer alongside the unbelievers when He promised them that He would go to the Father's house "to prepare a place for them"?

Just before the great tribulation comes the "rapture" after which is the 7 year tribulation as the Lord will not allow his people to go through such distress. At the end of the 7 years Christ and his followers will return to earth for the 1000 year reign of peace at the end of which is the battle of Armageddon and the end of time as we know it. For any one left behing to go through the tribulation will mean certain death if they refuse to receive the mark of the beast and for those who do have no hope of ever being saved after that. I always recommend 2 movies which can be purchased from your nearest Christian book store on cd entitles "Distant Thunder" and "A thief in the night" as the two movies are an excellent account of the events just before the rapture and what happens to those who are left behind to go through the tribulation.

I believe that God will rapture the church before the Tribulation. The Tribulation will be the end, and the wake up call for some. People will become Christians then, but at the second of the Rapture, all left on earth will be unsaved.
Yes, God will keep us from the Tribulation.

I believe according to scripture that the rapture will happen during the ending of the tribulation period. Read Matt. 24 1 to v. 31 and this clearly lays out the end times. Christians will definitely experience some type if not all of the tribulation. I believe most importantly that we be prepared as much as possible and that we be rooted in the Faith. This is in Christ Jesus. The false signs and wonder are here and they only will increase to shake the true believers faith. Look at verse v.11 where it says many false prophets shall arise and shall deceive many. We are living in that time where many of them are in operation in your and national assemblies and are on your local and national televised stations. All Glory and Honor to God.

i think the Rapture happens in the previous the Tribulation starts off because of the fact of a small word in Scripture with regard to the Millennial Kingdom. on the top of the Tribulation/conflict of Armageddon, Revelation speaks of Jesus returning to Earth with "....a great cloud of witnesses..." He then cleans up the planet and the "witnesses" grow to be the inhabitants of the Millennial Kingdom. because of the fact the Rapture incorporates the SAINTS of the Church age, it would desire to be the saints that Jesus RETURNS with interior the "great cloud"! He could no longer deliver returned something that He did no longer do away with interior the 1st place! The Tribulation is as close to because of the fact the sound of the trumpet, for it starts off at modern-day after the Rapture, slowly in the initiating, then approximately midway by while the Antichrist rises to ability, each little thing hurries up in the direction of eternity.

I believe the rapture will happen before the tribulation mainly for the reason you stated. We are already "saved" so why would God put us through that period? That doesn't make any sense. No, I believe the tribulation period is a chance for unbelievers to see God's power and might and have a chance to repent and put their faith in Jesus Christ. Then the final judgment for them.

The rapture happens before the tribulation, JESUS comes and takes all the christians to heaven, to spare them from the tribulation. During the tribulation more people will be saved and when its over they will be with JESUS too.

The Bible says that the tribulation will be cut short on account of the chosen ones. In other words, those who have been chosen to rule in heaven with Christ will be on earth until the very end of the tribulation. Then, and only then, will they be transferred to heaven.

The tribulation is supposed to happen before the tribulation. All believers are going to be called to heaven and then those who are left are going to have to decide weather or not they want to believe that Jesus is the messiah. That's why it's called the tribulation. God is going to bring down his wrath onto those who chose not to believe.
