The left turn singal wont blink i chked the light bilbs there good i also cheked if the was current going thru but there is none then i taught it might be the fuse or relay or but i can hear the clicking sound also the little green light that suppose to turn on in the odometer dosent turn on .

it's probably the switch in the steering column :(

in a series / parallel circuit if one bulb goes the remaining lamps will burn steady , check that first, if the outside lamps don't light then there is a poor ground if they both light then you will have to replace that bulb in the dash , disconnect your battery before proceeding with any repairs, have fun and remain calm and patient

take it to a pro,does the other side work.
does the lamps on the outside work

Check your ground wire.
