There isn't anything wrong with it. In many cultures, cousin marriage is considered normal and is even encouraged. There's plenty of genetic difference between even first cousins to avoid birth defects. The laws against cousin marriage in the U.S.A. started as a way to force assimilation of immigrants.

Yes, it's normal for a young man to be attracted to any good looking young lady, but it's not right to act on your feelings with your cousin.

There's nothing unusual about a man being attracted to a woman. If it's his cousin, that's irrelevant. As for acting on it, the laws vary from state to state. In Kentucky, you can marry your cousin. In Indiana, you can't legally marry your cousin, but if you want to have sex with your cousin, that's OK.

I'd say it's normal to be attracted. It's not like she's your sister and she's probably cute. But to act on that attraction is not such a good idea.

Well personally I think that is so wrong, to be attracted to a family member of the opposite sex.

I dont know I'm a girl and I think my cousin is smoking! Im sure its closely the same with guys... just dont do anything nasty... Incest may very well be a game the whole famaily can play... but you shouldnt!
