I would suggest something you can enjoy together such as a ticket to a movie with you and a coupon for popcorn and a soda, or roller skating, or ice skating, or something like that. But the best gift for a crush is something that will involve you :)

im a boy and i just gave her sum earring, dont go all out.
since you're a girl, i suggest not giving him like a sporty thing, give him something that he can look at and be used over and over and when ever he looks at it, he'll be reminded of you. trust me, that's what my gf gave me, and i luv her
