Is this a follow up to the pneumonia question? You need to go back to that question and add 'additional details', not start a whole new question.
You need to find a better vet and go to an emergency vet ASAP. And please, once your dog is able, HAVE HER FIXED!
Edit: Your puppies are dying of pneumonia and you are on here answering other people's questions? And answering questions on how to care for and breed dogs? What?????? Pay attention to your dogs, not to some other person's question, which you answered wrong anyway!

Your vet or your vets office like lets say the want to know it all receptionist. Asprin can not be used as a fix it for dogs! Their bodies can not metabolize it. Maybe a grown dog, maybe once because he jumped out of the truck wrong and hurt his leg or something, but it is not a course of treatment for you 6 month old puppy. If your pup is the pup with pneumonia then take him to a different vet. If money is an issue try http://www.carecredit.com/ and apply for a credit card that pays your vet bills.
Check out this site for info http://www.vin.com/ regarding pet health problems.

Yes, my dog sometimes is in major pain after we take him to the dyke for several hours and when he goes down the rocks. We dont take him there anymore because of this issue, but when he does have hip problems, when he does!, we give him 1-2 tylenol. It help too. This vet gave me this when he was about the same age. He is know 1 1/2. But what is he taking the asprin for exactally?!?!

Some vets do still use aspirin. But it is very important that you follow his directions. Just as in humans, it thins the blood and can cause ulcers. Some dogs tolerate it, some don't. I would still call him and let him know the pup is not getting better. He may want to change antibiotics or hospitalize the pup for more intesive treatment.

You can give bay aspirin to dogs, but follow the vet's directions carefully!!! I don't know who told the person above me that they should ever give tylenol to a dog, but tylenol is toxic to dogs and so easy to overdose, often deadly! Please don't try tylenol!! How do you know that it is pneumonia that they are dying from? Did you take them to a vet? If so, then they should be on antibiotics, not aspirin. Find a new vet, but please take them to one ASAP!!!!

If your vet told you that, then you need to see another vet ASAP! If your pup is not getting antibiotics, it will die.
