I'm getting really worried. Maybe I have cancer!

They are not exactly spores-it's just look like something like that

Spores are so small they need to be seen with a microscope. No one is checking their legs with a microscope - I hope.

a spore? you know what a spore is? i don't think you probably have spores on your legs. go to a good dermatologist, and find out what you have. don't wait. there are so many skin conditions and skin rashes/too numerous too know. only a good dermatologist can tell you. cancer of the skin comes in 2 types, squamous cell, and basal cell. squamous cell ca is the bad kind, and usually is found in sun exposed areas, like the back of hands, scalp, lip, ear, they are soft lesions that are movable, and raised with a scaly surface. the base of it may be red. basal cell is the common type, and is usually found on the face. it can be a raised nodule with uneven edges, or a pigmented area thickened, and may bleed. it dosen't really sound like you have either one of those. but please go to a dermatologist, he will probably be able to get it cured for you.
