No you cant
there is software "mp3 converter" a lot of different software most of them will cost you alot of them are free
Audacity is a program that can be used for that too but i dont prefer it to convert mp3
Just reserch where you can find a free mp3 converter

you can find many free downloads free trial software to convert the wma to mp3 here

I use jetAudio. It's a great converter, and way better then Windows Media Player. Just google search it if you want to download. ;)

no, that's expecting too much out of a windows app, if i remember correctly: alcohol 120% can, but that might be for just burning
