I dont no if she likes me back but one of her friends said that i should but she doesn't no if she likes me so should i ask her out.

The best way to get to know someone is to go out in a group situation, not a date, that is too intimate to just find out if she likes you, too much chance for embarrassment so go out in a group and have fun, be yourself and also check her out too. This isn't just about if she likes you but if you like her. A person can be very different from how you imagine they can be to how they are in reality. She may bray like a donkey when something is funny to her, you never know lol. Good luck.

You should let her know how you feel about her. Honesty is always the key, its a good quality and most people can recognize that. But in this modern society, people are taught to hate honesty and to shun people who are honest. But if you be honest and expect it from other people, they may start to admire you for that and be honest themselves. If enough people realize that, we could start a gigantic chain reaction of honesty around the world. Anywho, tell her, expect people to be honest.
