If a person is turning 21 in may 2007 can they start going into nightclub that over 21 in the beinging of the near year January 2007 or do they have wait till the actual birthday.

No because technically that person wouldn't be 21 in January but in May.

In a high end club, have to wait until their actual brithday cause they have scan machines that will identify a fake ID immediately. If it's a lower end bar, place that isn't strict with IDs, you KNOW somebody who works there, or you have a fake, then you can swing it beforehand.

They have to wait until it's their b-day. Their not going to let a person in just because their b-day is coming up in a few months.

no, you won't get an i.d. that says will be 21 shortly and you do need an i.d. to get into those places. patience is a virtue and all good things come to those who wait.

Maybe if the bouncer is really cool, but if anything happens they could be in trouble so most of the time probably not

dude i bet u can. i have the same thing going on with my birthday and most guards just glance so i bet u could get away with it.
