Sorry but most of them end in o or a:

estruendo, algarabía, sonido, bulla, escándalo, alboroto, estrépito, estridencia, bullicio, zumbido, detonación, estallido, barahúnda, estampido, fragor, chasquido, crujido, griterío

The only ones that come to mind without an o or a are:

follón, desmadre, caos, tropel, clamor and confusion.

Ruido (noise) Ruidoso (something or someone who is noisy).

El ruido viene de la otra habitación. The noise comes from the other room.
El tambor es ruidoso. The drum is noisy.
El bebé es ruidoso. The baby boy is noisy.
