That's the question of time itself. It just so happens that there is no way to do that and still be healthy. Just try to cut down on fat and calories and work out more.

Hi there is this diet regime that i am doing and i have been happy with its results.. It's a 7 day thing so here it goes ...
Day 1 - eat all the fruits you want but no bananas
Day 2 - eat all the vegies you want but no potatoes
Day 3 - a mix of fruits & veggies - again no bananas or potatoes
Day 4 - 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk
Day 5 - 12 tomatoes and 1 cup of rice
Day 6 - veggies + 1 cup of rice
Day 7 - fruits + 1 cup of rice
Rest for three days and start again. During this diet, all you can have is one tablespoon of oil in your food. Avoid coffee & alcohol and have your 8 glasses of water daily. Exercise regularly too. Good luck! You can stop once you've got to your ideal weight.

Exercise! I started hiking and climbing uphill on treadmills a year and a half ago, and lost 15 lbs while still eating a ton. It probably took me two months to lose it. I'm 5'9" and 125 lbs now, so I probably can't get much skinnier!
I go at 15% incline and 3.5 mph on a treadmill, nothing too fast, for 30 minutes every other day. Very easy to do if you've got an iPod with great songs! ^_^ Good luck!

There is one healthy way:
If you want to lose some weight, drink 8 oz. of water before each meal. If you want to lose a lot of weight, drink 32 oz. of water before each meal. You'll feel full and eat less, you'll urinate a huge amount and you will lose weight..
Stop all alcohol ... Alcohol is a fat magnet.
And take lots of extra vitamins..
And up your cardio.. Do treadmill one hour every day !
But don't be unrealistic in your goals.. if you only lose it through diet, you'll gain in back immediately. Change your concept of food. Snack on carrots and celery and stop eating fat and sugar as a lifetime habit.. Otherwise, don't bother. You know this already, right?

why did you quit the swim team or is that over? Maybe try getting in to another sport or just joining the ymca.Sounds to me like your probably not fat at all.Enjoy yourself now.It might not always be just a few pds.as we age it gets harder.Im 29 and 125 pds it's been hard just staying at this level.Age slows down our metabolism.Good luck honey!

THIS REALLY WORKS. i've lost 30 lbs in 3 months! But you have to stick with it. Drink tons of water.
The soups are nasty - so don't get those. I like the pudding and the shakes. Oatmeal is good too. The mint bars are SO GOOD - but you can only have 1 per day.
