Some people think that, but no one knows for sure. The Bible does give evidence of it, but it never gives exact clarification. Some believe that little children have guardian angels while they are young, who influence them more than the demons (why many children get saved young), and then when they're past the age of accountability (ask about that in another topic), then they do not have a guardian angel unless they get saved. Christians have angels.
This is only speculation on the part of my church, though. We don't claim to know for sure.

No, it's completely illogical. Why would anything horrible ever happen to anyone? What's the point of believing that everyone has an angel when children are raped and murdered every day? Is the angel just there to watch?

all children have guardian angels. if you think of children and how they can fall off of something or do something that might even seriously hurt an adult they often miracuously get off unharmed, an angel is praying to God for this child. also, the Bible says so somewhere. I don't know where. as for other people, I know they watch us, but I don't think we "have" them. We may come in contact with one from time to time, but I don't think one is specifically appointed.
note: the Bible says the angels are as numerous as the stars. which are billions upon billions. and even with a third joining satan, there are plenty to be one for every person.

To assume that all people have angels...would be a long shot. To believe that there are angelic beings on earth who watch over those who need it....That is a definite fact. I have met people who had so much love in their heart, that it would melt the coldest person's defense mechanisms in a few seconds flat.

No...
Hebrews 1:14 All angels are spirits who serve. God sends them to serve those who will receive salvation.
1. Nothing in scripture says ANYONE has "an angel."
2. The text here indicates that angels are sent by God to help "THOSE WHO WILL RECEIVE SALVATION."

There is nothing in the bible that suggests each person is assigned one angel or a particular angel. There are verses that say...as a believer in the one true God, He does give His angels "charge" over us.

Well, the Bible says that there are hundreds of millions of angels, but there are billions of people on earth.

I don't think that everyone has an angel. According to the Scriptures, God has them to do His work, whatever that is, and with whomever needs it.
