1998 Chateau Quinault L'Enclos. A Bordeaux meritage from the right bank of St. Emilion, mostly merlot with some cab franc and sauvignon. Did I save you any? Not from that bottle, but I have more in the cellar!

The most recent gem I have had the pleasure of drinking was a 2003 Reserve Chardonnay from the Duck Walk Vineyards in Southampton. A buttery finish and hints of pineapple and other tropical notes made for a delightfully oaky treat!

I had Bolla Recioto della Valpolicella - a delicious very sweet wine (tastes like a port but without this stinky alcohol aftertaste) PERFECT to go with a rich chocolate cake

Sadly, the last wine I drank was boxed wine. And I still have that box in my fridge, so if you want some you can have some!
