I think it all depends on what your wearing if your wearing something showing alot of neck and shoulder I think looks sexy up. Down you can do with anything and it always looks great but up makes everything alittle sexier.

Apparently most guys like your hair down... if you have nice hair to start with. Otherwise if it is stringy, wear it up... or just cut it.
